About the company- History

Eko Boya was founded in 1997. The strategic location was to be the small Egean town of Akhisar. Akhisar is at the crossroad between Istanbul and Izmir, the two biggest industrial areas of Turkey. The management of the company had previously pertained a 10-years-long experience of powder coating production. Therefore it can provide the market with high-quality products. With a workforce of 20 people, Eko Boya started to supply the fast-growing demand in Turkey. Apart from the Turkish market, Eko Boya also started to sell its products on the Middle Eastern and Balkanian market.
The company has grown substantially since the foundation. In 2005 a new factory floor was built and in 2007 another was finished. Today Eko Boya holds factory floors of a total 10 000 m². The aim of Eko Boya is to grow organically and only provide quality products. So far our company has only directed itself to neighbouring countries in the Middle East and the Balkan. Nevertheless, due to an accelerating integration between the European Union and Turkey, the company aims to compete in the European market of quality products; specialized and custom-made coatings.

President
Dr. Hüsein Al
Mr. Huseyin Al has been the president of Eko Boya ever since the company was established in 1997. He has a long academic background, including doctorate in physical chemistry from the Middle East Technical University. He holds nearly two decades of professional experience in powder coatings. Mr. Al speaks Turkish, English and Spanish.

International and external relations manager
Rogelia Delgado
Mrs. Rogelia Delgado is the manager for international and external relations at Eko Boya. She has a long professional experience of office-management in different industries in Spain and Turkey. Mrs. Delgado speaks Turkish, English and Spanish.

Internal Relations and Accounting
Mr. Yavuz Balsüt.
Mr. Yavuz Balsüt is the manager of internal relations and accounting at Eko Boya. He has a degree in economics from the Anadolu University. Mr. Balsüt has worked with Eko Boya since 2001.
