Ecology
As the president of Eko Boya I want to address the public my concerns for the environment. The industrial revolution brought with it many benefits and prosperity, but also an equal amount of responsibility. We have a great ecological heritage that we need to conserve. As the civilization continues to advance and globalization is a fact, there will be even more responsibility attached to us to preserve the ecological stability.

For this reason the production of our products are carried out without any kind of discharge. The chemical ingredients used in the production are also chosen with great care. In contrast to liquid paint with which not much of the paint-leftovers can be reused, nearly 100% of the powder coating can. Therefore it leaves no waist that can hurt nature. Additionally, powder coatings, which do not contain any solvents, do not harm the environment the way liquid paints do because of its rich content of solvents. We are thus proud to be a part of an industry that does not harm the environment.

Quality
Eko Boya understands the meaning of quality. For us quality is; doing the right thing, at the right time, in the right way, for the right person and having the best possible results. It is not only producing a product with good quality, but creating satisfaction in all organizational processes. It involves all aspects of the business; starting with the right choice of suppliers and ending with satisfaction for the customers of our customers. Therefore, our products continually pass through quality controls and improvement. As a result defects are eliminated before the product leaves our factory and a longer life cycle for the product is achieved. We only accept a result that meets or exceeds the customer requirements.  
Moreover, quality involves quality of life, at work and outside work. We are very keen about the wellness of our staff. They are reacquired to follow the safety regulations and encouraged to participate in social and sports activities after work time. We only employ the best and treat them as such.
