Is it possible to order a specific custom-made colour?
Yes, we have highly qualified personnel that can compile every colour demanded. The only requirement we have from you is a sample of that specific colour which we can use to match it in our laboratory.
What can be powder coated?
Any metal object that can hold an electrostatic charge and withstand the heat of the curing process can be powder coated. Powder Coatings are mostly used in four main industrial areas: metal finishing (53 percent), appliances (21 percent), lawn and garden (8 percent), and architectural applications (3 percent.)Our products in general are cured at 200 degree for 10 minutes. But we also have love cure products with cure temperature as low as 140 °C for the substrates which can not bear higher temperatures. This makes it possible also to apply on wood hard plastics such as bakelite. Powder coating is specially recommended for items such as:
Industrial fabrications (metallic)
Steel doors
Architectural signage
Metal fencing and railings
Retail displays and fixtures
Outdoor as well as indoor furniture
Appliance, shelves, garden furniture, radiators and alike
Frames on motorcycles, automotives and off road vehicles
Bicycle frames
Others: Glass, wood and some forms of plastic

Where are the products of Eko Boya sold?
At the moment our products are only available in Turkey, Middle East and Balkan countries. If you are interested in buy in Turkey you can contact us.  We also do some direct export to European counties as well, but only for order of certain quantities.
Types of Powder Coating Available in Eko Boya
Eko Boya provides the market with basic three types of powder coatings: epoxy, polyester and a hybrid of epoxy-polyester. Additionally we have an unsaturated polyester powder coating for applications on SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) and BMC (Bulk Moulding Compound). Is it possible to reuse the over spray during application
Yes, as long as the powder is not mixed with other particles it is possible to (re)use it. It is customary that 99% of the powder is used, leaving only 1% of waist. This is one of the biggest advantages of powder coating, as well for the company as for the environment.
How is the quality of your products?
Our products regularly pass through quality control. Eko Boya works according to the principles of Total Quality Management, TQM. This implies a strict management of every area of the company. Our staff is highly educated and the raw materials we use are from the respected suppliers in Europe. Furthermore, we also produce under ISO-9001 certificate.
